I mean I applaud the research, but wouldn't the most logical conclusion be that a progressive judge made a progressive decision, and didn't need a progressive ex-president to give him the already established marching orders that they're not even trying to hide?

Could be, but I don't doubt for one second that Obama was personally involved in the planning and execution of this. He graduated from law school with this guy, ffs.
