He could have paid for infrastructure by getting rid of the billions we pay in corporate welfare instead of going after programs that help the poor.

Welfare needs reform. Money in, money out.

The media is choosing to link it to "corporate welfare" which in and of itself is a bullshite liberal buzzword.

How does this corporate welfare manifest itself? Standard business deductions...depreciation...etc? Thats not "welfare" Giving taxdollars away so people can use it to pay for living expenses so they can spend more of their money on stuff the would like to have, is welfare.

Corporations actually contribute the country, the poor not so much. I don't care about the poor and I don't believe in charity. I would be happy if no money at all went towards welfare. And get off my lawn while you're at it.

Only in the mind of a liberal does not confiscating X dollars = "paying X."

You do realize the "corporate welfare" you talking about is often executed so that entire industries don't collapse, therefore thrusting the middle class into poverty. I'm talking about actual poverty not American poverty. The its my third day without water poverty.

Look at the banking bailouts for an example. As shitty as it was, had Obama not done it, the country might well have collapsed.

Wait, we have corporate welfare right now? That means your Lord and Savior must have doled out those billions.
