Where did this myth start that Mizzou is some great basketball school? Because they suck at football?

they're willing to pay more and have better facilities. still the fact that LSU has the tradition it has with little to no care shows what we're capable of

You can't, B/c they aren't a basketball school of relevance. They haven't won a conference championship in over 20 years, and have zero final fours.
I'll help. Demarre Carroll went to mizzou.
Kids don't grow up in Missouri wanting to play for Missouri. That's not the case here either, but that could change at LSU.
While mizzou may be easier to take over and make the tourney next year, LSU is easier to build a program that can reach final fours.
