Just googled it, so basically if you eat 3 eggs for breakfast you have to eat 3 tablespoons of butter and cheese with it? You eat only this for 4-5 days a week then do a keto diet the other days?

Sounds awful and eggs and cheese are 2 of my top 5 foods probably

Fad diets are all about shocking the body to lose weight. Why not do the tried and true calorie counting based on your BMI? It's healthiest and the most natural way.
