I wouldn't. BUT we just sold a truck that was totaled by the insurance company and all that was done to it was the electronics and seats being stolen. So mechanically it was great, and we put brand new power/heated seats in and a stock stereo. Sold it for $15k where without a salvage title we could have easily gotten $22k or so.
