Plus all Alton sterling was doing was selling CDs. His series 6 may not have been up to date and interest rates may be worse than they used to be, but it is not a crime to sell CDs!

Absolutely not.

He was carrying a concealed weapon, which is illegal, number one. Number two: it is illegal for a convicted felon (Sterling) to even posses a firearm. Three: He had been threatening people with a gun (committed a violent crime) and they called the cops on him .

When he was on the ground, they told him to quit reaching for it many times. He had many chances to stop moving. It is illegal to carry a gun without a concealed carry permit (he did not have one) and if you are a convicted felon (which he was).

No - it shows a different occasion on which he swapped weed for cigars. The day of his shooting, the video clearly shows a strong arm robbery (by physical force, not armed robbery, which is by threat of firearm).

He was trying to get to his gun - and may (I stress may) have (I have heard as yet unconfirmed reports) gotten a shot off during the scuffle. Even if that turns out to be not true, once they recognized he was armed and continuing to fight them, I think lethal force was justified.
