Did I say that? Dumb cops will exist no matter what I think.
Would you rather deal with them in the most logical way possible, by not giving them a reason to shoot you, or would you rather get shot by dumb cops?
I'd rather deal with dumb cops by not getting shot. But that's just me.

So many people die, get injured, and suffer property damage from just normal bad drivers on the road each year. Should we revoke some driving priveledges?
This cop should lose his job.
