My guess is "Africans". Imagine if tomorrow the brothers in Detroit, Chicago, BR, NOLA, DC etc were left with everything they have today but had to form a society and government 100% on their own without white people. Even though they have all gone to American schools and have access to the internet do you think in a year they would be better off than those people in Africa? In 5 years would they even still have the power and internet we left them with or would they be starving and worse off than people living in Africa? I would love to hear some honest opinions on this.

I honestly don't know of any places (cities or countries) in the world where those with ancestors from sub-Saharan Africa are the majority and are thriving.
