Not to mention those AIDS infected men who think raping a young virgin will cure them of aids.

Then there is the many instances of albino children and babies being kidnapped and having their arms and legs hacked off. Or they dig up the corpses of albino people. Apparently witch doctors use them to make their potions or whatever crap they market to the ignorant masses there in Africa. They believe that such potions bring them wealth and success. Often the penalties for stealing a cow are harsher than if you kidnap, maim or kill an albino child.
