Please don't issue a challenge to Alleva! He followed up the terrific Trent Johnson hire by bringing in Jones. There's got to be an 11 year, below .500 SWAC coach out there who just saw his prospects for a promotion and pay raise GREATLY increase with today's news.

Whoever we get will certainly win more than 2 SEC games next year. But it is NOT a certainty that our new HC will beat 11-7 and 11-7 in the SEC which is what JJ's teams did in 2016 and 2015.
