I think "the plaintiffs" knew that was going on, but didn't have a clue about any of the other.


No doubt.

Farms are structured all the time with the names of wives, children, and sometimes the farm manager. Happens everyday. But when Billy Earl and Johnny Ray on the disk tractors start getting their names on these farm entities, something is going on.

And the when Billy Earl's name changes to Billie Earle and he gets a separate entity something is reaaallllly going on.
