I wasn't responding to the post you were responding to. I was responding to your post. It has shite to do with it because we've gone 0'fer the last two or three times we've made it to Omaha. We've been beat by teams like Stony Brook and Coastal Carolina in the Supers.

This isn't some rising program, LSU has put itself into the position to compete every year for NC's due to its tradition of winning. That hasn't been the case since 2009, and we've had some of the best recruits in the nation come through Baton Rouge in that time with the best environment to win in. Quick bow outs in Omaha are unacceptable. And frick a national seed, you've still gotta go out and win. National seeds don't mean shite once you're in between the lines.

So what does that have to do with earning a top 8 seed, which is all I was responding to?

If you want to get into postseason results, then that's a different discussion. And our record on the road or midweek losses have nothing to do with our record in Omaha or failure to make it to Omaha

This thread is about our record on the road and what it might mean if we go on the road in the NCAAT. That hasn't happened since 2010. You're arguing something that isn't the topic of the thread
