I use Kodi on my PC, and I'm still on v15 "Isengard". Each release after that has fricked up video playback. Jarvis had levels issues with all the card manufacturers, and while Krypton fixed this for Nvidia at least, it added occasional stutters that require one to turn off DXVA2 acceleration. They've made no improvements that matter to me.
