Contract kiln. I dry full 80,000 foot loads at a time. And I am their biggest customer. And I provide them molder shavings for their boiler. So, I get a steep discount.

But they usually charge about $100 per mbf to dry. This is a high temp softwood kiln, not a hardwood kiln.
