I legit think it should all be legal and just taxed....
I will say I can envision the same crimes happening as the users try to avoid the tax and just rob the sellers

I used to think that but way too many people are getting hung up on meth, heroin, and crack. majority of the time once these people end up on any of those three, they are done. I am cool with legalizing mj, but I would rather take the money we save or gain in taxes from mj to eradicate hard core drug use in the US.

I agree with you. Black market will always exist to peddle cheaper drugs and to sell to kids/teens
