I own a commercial construction company
I graduated with a BA in history then bartended & sold cell phones and pagers, then did marketing for a cooking school in New Orleans

I went into the hotel business and worked my way up, I was the catering director at the Hyatt up until the storm. After the storm I freelanced for clean up contractors until I started the business with my father who just retired

that's thirty years or so
