Maps.Me is the one I use (Android). Just have to download the map of the city you'll be in ahead of time. It's pretty intuitive.
Also, a bit of non-tech advice, make sure you pack a quart bag full of nips for your flight cocktails. Cheaper than paying $9 per drink.
