The key to all this is how far they went in their surveillance. The FISA order pertains to some serious shite so if they didn't find anything and kept recording they are in some deep shite themselves. Anything other than what is in that order, i.e. snooping/listening to everything and anything other than dire terrorist activity that could harm this nation, and it leaked to any agency-arses will be

Wouldn't this make Obama's EO about opening up all of the Intel agencies to freely share information be... what? Unconstitutional? Illegal? There is something to that executive order. If Trumps can be rescinded b/c it didn't pass "due process" BS that all the dems were complaining about then surely this EO has fault as well.
BTW, not sure if this NYT article is pertinent but it discusses the fact that the FBI found no connection b/w Trump & Russia... dated Oct. 31, 2016
