I'm sure he does and honestly he has a very strong case. It would be up to him to peruse it but to be honest he would have to prove a reasonable person thought DJT was being serious.
The problem with that is finding a reasonable person that believes anything Trump tweets at this point

You are not really this thick are you? The sitting President just accused the previous admin of spying on his campaign. Wire tapping his personal home and campaign server. Trump has access to the whole paper trail from intel to the FISA warrants.
