Both those groups primes were 20 years ago and neither has been around on 15 years. Kids in college today don't remember them and might be able to tell you that Justin Timberlake was in Nsync, if that.
I can tell you which song was which group when I hear them, but other than 2-3 of them I get the members of their groups confused.
Don't be that guy. It's been a long time and it's okay to forget or not know at this point. It doesn't make you a badass that you're getting older and remember things that kids don't.

Speaking of being that guy, don't be the douche who gets all pissy when someone says they don't recognize your teen idols.
The name sounds familiar, but I honestly couldn't tell you who this dude is. Or who he's related to.
Sorry I didn't worship boy bands back in the day, they just weren't my thing.
