Todd Frazier has had a full season OPS over .800 ONCE in his career (.807 in 2015). This is while playing in some pretty good parks for hitting in Cincy and Chicago.
Both of Arenado's full seasons he's posted a road OPS of over .830.
BTW, Todd Frazier with a better glove would be a pretty good player in his own right. Not sure that's the knock you intended it to be.
