It had ZERO to do with the no-hitter.
Took him out of zen mode, definitely cost him the no-no...Alleva needs to go ahead and make the move now. Alan Dunn for interim and start the national search.

I'd have had to swing at something. Even if way out the strike zone.
I remember a game against Arkansas in '09. It was either the SEC tournament or maybe even the CWS. We were up on them by a ton and for some reason they batted a pitcher.
He was laughing after striking out.
