Hello Papa T. and many others. There seems to be a bit of tension this morning. EVERYONE sit back and take deep breath. (If you are smoker, just do the best you can). Hold it for a few seconds and slowly release. Do this a couple of times and think about something which soothes you. (If you are a smoker, think about that first cig in the morning)
