if this were enforced 100% it might cut down on some scalpers. or they could do like louis ck did and sell the tickets directly from their website instead of using a service like ticket web.

There is only one way to stop the scalping industry, and that’s to make it illegal. It's still tolerated by ticketing websites and it's complete bullshite.
