Probably, but you still need an alternative path to Holiday that is actually as good. Holiday + AD = .500 ball. Holiday + AD + Cousins should be a 50-51 team based on RPM projections. You can't use his worst game of the year to say "See I'm right he's not the right guard" and then just say we shouldn't resign him on principle without an alternative path that also gets you to at least 50 wins.
If this team wins 50 next year I think the odds of resigning AD/DC are pretty good. If Holiday isn't good enough to get you past the top 4 seeds, that's a problem to solve later. Become the 50 win team and get the 5 year commitments from your 2 star players first.

But even at 82 games a year, he isn't worth the max. Signing Jrue to the max leaves absolutely no cap room to sign anybody worth a damn. So you'd have AD, DC, Jrue and a bunch of scrubs. The Hill and Asik contracts are a backbreaker.
