Shaq is one of the most immature & insecure athletes I've ever scene.
He burned bridges in Orlando/ could not get along with Penny & was envious.
Did the same in L.A & also publicly cursed at Dr Buss sitting courtside demanding that he " pay me my F'ing money" over a contract dispute.
Burned bridges in Miami with public fueds with Pat Riley & DWade.
Burned bridges in Phoenix.

Shaq does pick on him in the sense that sometimes Javale will do stuff that only shows up on there because he did it. But he should just say "I'm on a great team now, I'm not that guy anymore" rather than crying about it.
