2 out of 3 can't happen because there are 48 teams...Dear Lord why are there 48 teams at "State"...My question is, why must the state tournament be held in Sulphur? Yes they do have a large capacity. That capacity is worthless though considering there isn't a single good seat in the house. Massive poles block your view at every angle. It's a terrible place to watch a baseball game. I was very disappointed in that regard.

I assume you mean 48 teams in Sulphur for the semis and finals.

THAT is only the result of a much more basic problem. The basic problem is that there are 265 f'ing teams that made the playoffs! How does that make sense? If you can't fill out a bracket fully until the quarter finals, you have a problem.

Hell, if your school team didn't make the post season this year, you need to really evaluate the program.

Because they pay the most money to LHSAA. Personally, I liked it a lot better when the different classes were held at different locations. Requests for bids are (or at least were) out for locations for upcoming years. I really hope they can pull it away from Sulphur at least temporarily.

Each class should play at a different location like they use to, with the smaller classes playing in Sulphur. I think 5A should play at Turchin or at Zephyr Field
