Carreta's grill vs La Carreta

I always assumed they were all the same, but the ole lady (no pics) tried to get to-go blood orange marg (for margarita day) tonight from Carreta's grill and they act like they havent heard of that. The other 3 i have been to have it. Mind blown! The name is too similar to not be connected. What is the deal? Is one a fancier version of the other? Two mexican broads with the same name started restaurants in the same area?
ETA. Carreta's grill sucks- salsa tastes carbonated. Do not make the same mistake

La Carreta is owned by a Mexican dude from Hammond. Carreta's grill...idk.

I don't like either of them. Garcia's is my go-to here.

La Carreta has the best Queso and that paired with chips and a few cold beers is all I really need. If I'm eating I usually get fajitas.

La Herradura is my new favorite Mexican on the Northshore
