Depends on many variables. Are you including hanging cabinets? Cased windows or drywall return?
There is lots more than crown and base. Shelving, clothing rods in closets, towel bars and TP dispensers, Jamestown cap window treatments, hang and cut all doors, door hardware, cabinet hardware, stairs, etc, etc,

Basic. No cabinets. Not touching windows. No shelves. No rods. No pulls, knobs, or any other hardware.
Baseboard. Crown. Doors hung and trimmed out. That's it.
What would be a fair labor only price per square foot in your guy's opinions?
