You just mentioned a few graduate schools that are full of people with undergrad degrees in the liberal arts

Medical School
There are few if any liberal arts majors in med school.

Dental School
Also few if any liberal arts majors in dental school.

engineering school
There are few (if any) liberal arts majors in engineering school. There were none in my class.

Law School
Probably the most likely place to find LA majors, but they have to compete with the hard science guys for spots.
Also at least for accounting and engineering it's possible to find work with undergrad degrees that have minimal if any LA education. My guess is those guys far outearn their LA counterparts and have less debt 7 years out without additional grad school.
Also it seems like your answer to my question about what a LA major can do for a job so far has boiled down to "go to grad/law school" and take on more debt.
