It was a good district
We were the whitest team in the district FWIW. Lots of talent.
Ron Brooks who played DB for LSU tore it up for one of the teams
Then you had another team who had 2 seven footers, one went to Colorado State and the other to Cornell
Another team had a receiver who played for Oklahoma and I have never seen a high school athlete be able to jump so high
