Yep, E10 fuel will delaminate fuel lines. Sill, you are getting air in anywhere from the motor back to the fuel tank for the primer ball to expand back. Also, you need to check the fuel pick up line inside the tank. Some times they will leak right at the 90 fitting inside the tank. Air will get in there too!
