One of my coworkers told me to call the city. So I called Lafayette consolidated government and they have a facility where they shred tree branches and I can pick up 3 cu yards per week for free as long as I'm a resident. So, I think that's what I'll do.

That stuff is hit or miss. Sometimes, it is more mulch, other times it has broken down to compost. I picked up a trailer load last week and its was more mulch consistency.

Be prepared to nuke the shite out of it with round up, sedge-a-cide, and 24-D
