You could use this slaw recipe I made up.

shredded cabbage. Red or white will work. I like a mixture
raw red onion sliced thin
diced cilantro

in a separate bowl mix

ground cumin
lime
salt
pepper
olive oil

Pour this over the slaw and mix together.

I'll sometimes top it with fresh mango or papaya
