re: Commission structure for professional service firm for non-partners/owners?

At our CPA firm it's 10 percent of first year collections for any new business, which includes a new line of business for a current client. We also give the bonus if it's not necessairly a new line, but a dramatic expansion in the work we are doing (for example, moving a client from a review to an audit)
