I'm trying to get up to speed on this.
I don't understand the big deal.
As far as the priest, I don't see it as any different than a guy that hooked up with a hot female teacher when he was 15 and at 30 looking back at it as a positive experience.
Much like many of us wouldn't look back at nailing a hot teacher at 15 as being a victim, he doesn't consider that situation as him being a victim as a teenager that was already comfortable being gay.

FTR, I only read few transcripts.
One where he was talking about younger gay males having older gay males as sort of gay mentors.
Then saying that he had been to parties where older gay males had sex with younger gay males. Not sure if he was underage at the time or what.
