First off cool your jets.

I get what you are saying but just because they are a gun manufacturer cannot mean they are shielded from public and legal scrutiny over faulty designs. If they have a design that is egregiously dangerous the public has a right to know about it. And they will have to pay the consequence.

I see this being no different than the recalls and legal battles chevy Toyota ford and every car maker has to deal with. For instance the recalls on Toyota gas pedals that were sticking wide open and killing people not all that long back.

I understand the fear of bashing on gun manufacturers for safety issues but this isnt trying to bring them to court over making a gun that holds 30rds and shoots fast. It's bringing them to court over a design flaw which like it or not does actualy occur with a higher percentage than all of us would like.
