Shake shack is over hyped.
The expectation is that Whataburger be mediocre. It met expectations. Whataburger is certainly better than McDonalds or Burger King. It's definitely not competitive with In and Out though.

Shake shack is better than In and Out and I don't think it's even close.

In & Out has the worst fries of any fast food joint.
Burger is easily comparable to Whataburger, have both available here.
