Don't think so, their are 4 freshman position players that should be on the field all of the time. Suck up the growing pains and let 'em go. You can see with the two that have been cut loose (Doyle and Springfield) that they have relaxed and been very, very good and they were not the best two all fall or in the pre-spring. But the confidence the staff has shown in them as paid off. The second game lineup is the best lineup we can put on the field in my humble opinion. I truly believe if you did that with the other two, put them in and let them play, you would get similar results. Consistency and confidence are key for these young players and the way you give it to them is pencil them in and let them play.

Those four getting 40 or 50 starts under the belts this year will make all of the difference in the world in the next 3 years. Just my 2 cents.
