That isn't my stance, but rather coming straight from the horses mouth. They don't want to live in the shadows, but oftentimes the wait/process is too long/complicated. Given the chance, most illegals state they would use the legal system. But other influences and circumstances make the choice singular.

Cut down on the numbers coming illegally, then it becomes much easier (and have more resources to) stop those who shouldn't be allowed in. Would make ICE and related agencies jobs much easier..and I suspect make them more efficient and effective.
