Not necessarily. There are unique provisions, particularly in agriculture, that are not that way. To circumvent the minimum wage, workers are often paid a per box (or whatever) wage. Now, effectively, it is below minimum wage. Americans won't/don't work for that kind of wage, or in those working conditions. The only difference is, they are being paid off the books rather than on record. I'd rather have them on record and working legally.

The problem with illegal immigration is they don't go through the door to let us decide to welcome them in or shut it. They come in through the window and don't give us a chance to invite them in or politely decline.
