For the average star wars fan, no other characters wield the force besides Jedi and Sith. But if you watch and pay attention to shows like the animated Clone Wars and Rebels shows. There are several characters who are force wielders but not sith or jedi. Even some beings known as Whills, which is basically beings completely made of the force. Not human, not alien, just force beings. They are the ones who taught Qui Gon Jinn, Yoda, and Obi Wan how to manifest themselves as force beings after their physical death.
