Definitely a possibility. I made an offer then a counter that they rejected. Now the owners are coming back to the table and wanting to negotiate again.

I did the same thing you are doing a few years ago.We went from a subdivision in BR to 90 acres north of Liberty. I researched every tractor out there and ended up with a Kubota MX5100dt . I have enjoyed it from day one and it's used regularly. You can't go wrong with any of them nowadays. Just make sure you have a good dealer with a good service department.
