Uh oh seems like this might be a bigger story
Former suspect in high-profile murder of college students arrested again
Ernest Felton, a former suspect in a high-profile Baton Rouge shooting that killed two college girls, was arrested in St. Tammany Parish on drug charges.
In 2016, Felton was charged in the shooting at an off-campus apartment complex on Burbank where two Southern University students were shot and killed. A second suspected shooter was injured in the gunfire.
Southern freshman Annette January and sophomore Lashuntae Benton were killed in the gunfight at the Cottages.
At the time, police in Baton Rouge said Felton and 24-year-old Brandon Henderson, who was injured, exchanged gunfire with each other and the girls were hit in the crossfire.
A grand jury failed to reach an indictment against Felton related to the shooting. Henderson, who police said fired first, was indicted on a lesser charge of assault.
Felton is from the Miami, Florida, area. He arrived in Baton Rouge to play football for Southern University where he lasted only one season.
Deputies said Felton has an extensive criminal history that includes arrests for resisting arrest (2009, Florida), armed robbery (2010, Florida), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (2010, Florida) and attempted second-degree murder (2016, Baton Rouge).

That's the shooting at Da Cottages where the two Southern females were killed after a block party and fight. One of the girls escaped growing up living fun Gary Indiana just to come to the SBr and get gunned down near LSU's campus.

How could they not indict him for manslaughter or negligent homicide?

How does one get arrested for resisting arrest? I'm also making an assumption that the 2010 incidents are unrelated, which they may not be

Rodie Sanchez would not have let this happen.
