He'd have to be engaged before he can go nuclear. He doesn't look like he's very concerned with actual governing.

I think the next two weeks in how he responds to the Flynn thing will tell us a lot about the trajectory of his presidency. If he limps along hoping it'll pass then he won't get much done and will be fine being the figurehead.

If he comes back swinging or going nuclear then I think he'll want to actually govern and effectuate policy. Big two weeks or so, though.
