Will I need ressies for most Las Vegas restaurants?

Headed there this weekend and really wanting to just play things by ear. But will most of the top restaurants require reservations? Or are there plenty of good places that I'll be able to find something as a walk up?

If you're staying at a nice place, go through the concierge. They'll be able to make things happen that you won't working by yourself.

Its what concierges are for, but I still maintain the best places in Las Vegas are off the strip
