The process to remove most judges is ridiculous.
Look at Trudy White for example. Judge's should not be politically appointed and they should all be subject to being voted into or out of office based on their performance.

Straight up fact that judicial elections are one of the worst facets of our democracy. That's how you get people like Trudy White on the bench in the first place. See also Moore, Roy

Look at Roy Moore. He was elected, removed from his position, elected again, and is now suspended.
Maybe this highlights that elected judges are easier to be removed, but it also highlights that the populace didn't care about his conduct, probably because of his political views/
