Good luck with that ever working out to a positive. Infinitely multiplying litigation is always a benefit.

If you want to get rid of bias on the bench, this would make matters worse.

Judges shouldn't have the threat of lawsuit or other sanctions while making a decision. That is almost like asking someone with a metaphorical gun to their head to decide something for you. You're going to say whatever the person with the gun wants. Hence, more bias on the bench.
