Given he has no prior record, I would bet on it as well. Regardless whether people think he was guilty of double murder or not, he was acquitted by a jury, and the parole board can't use that as a mitigating factor. They aren't required to grant his parole, and they very well may not release him at his first parole hearing, but I would be shocked if he served anywhere near the 33 years he was sentenced to. He's already been paroled on 3 of his convictions. He's serving time still for agg assault with a deadly weapon. Can't remember if he was ever convicted of the agg kidnapping charge. Not sure about California, but in TN that carries a minimum 25 year sentence (max 60) with no early release eligibility.
