He is an absurd and compulsive liar, and his supporters will never care. His entire persona going back 40 years has been built on bold face directly verifiable lies, and he was still elected. It's all useless. They will try to claim that all politicians lie, and they do, but the biggest lie is the one that they tell themselves that this is just more of the same.
